Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Platform

Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and account access.
Any activity performed through a user's account shall be deemed the responsibility of that user.

2. Accuracy of Information

Bizscore GST Trade Score may rely on third-party APIs, public records, government sources, user submissions, uploaded documents, and automated systems. While reasonable efforts are made to provide useful and timely information, Bizscore GST Trade Score does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, authenticity, legality, or uninterrupted availability of any data, report, trade score, verification result, or platform service.

Users acknowledge that all business decisions, transactions, credit evaluations, and trade activities based on platform information are undertaken entirely at their own risk and discretion.

3. Defaulter Reporting and Payment Disputes

Users submitting defaulter reports or payment disputes must ensure that all submitted information, claims, invoices, documents, and supporting records are genuine, accurate, lawful, and submitted in good faith.
Users shall be solely liable for false, misleading, defamatory, fabricated, incomplete, or unauthorized submissions.
Bizscore GST Trade Score reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, remove, modify, or restrict any report, dispute, attachment, or user account without prior notice.
Bizscore GST Trade Score does not independently verify every submission and shall not be responsible for disputes arising between parties.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans, if applicable, are subject to pricing, taxes, renewal terms, payment gateway policies, and service limitations displayed on the platform.
Subscription fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except where required under applicable law or explicitly approved by Bizscore GST Trade Score.
Bizscore GST Trade Score reserves the right to modify pricing, features, usage limits, or subscription structures at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, design elements, databases, reports, scoring models, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property are owned by Bizscore GST Trade Score or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, resale, scraping, extraction, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizscore GST Trade Score, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Business losses, revenue losses, or profit losses
Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation
Reliance-based decisions taken using platform data or reports
Third-party actions, API failures, technical interruptions, or data inaccuracies
Disputes, claims, or legal proceedings between users or third parties

Users agree that the total liability of Bizscore GST Trade Score, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Bizscore GST Trade Score during the preceding three months, if any.

7. Suspension and Termination

Bizscore GST Trade Score reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or permanently terminate user access without prior notice in cases including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Submission of false or misleading information
Legal or regulatory requirements
Security threats or misuse of platform services

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bizscore GST Trade Score, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, legal proceedings, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or unlawful user activities.

9. Changes to Terms

Bizscore GST Trade Score reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
